How your plan works

45-day waiting period

Your plan starts with an inspection right away. Ongoing plan protection, including covered callbacks, begins 45 days after your first payment. This keeps plans fair for long-term members.

Inspection required; pre-existing issues not covered

Every plan begins with an inspection. Plans do not cover pre-existing or active infestations found at or before your first service; those are quoted and treated as a separate one-time job.

Up to 8 visits per year

Covered service visits are limited to a maximum of 8 per plan year.

Re-enrollment restriction

If you cancel a plan within its first 12 months, you are not eligible to enroll in a new plan for 12 months after your cancellation.

Full terms are provided in your service agreement. See our Terms of Service for details.

What's included in your plan

Your technician's time, the inspection, and the treatment products applied during each visit.

What's sold separately

Bait stations, traps, monitors, devices, and any exclusion or repair materials that stay on your property. We'll always tell you what's needed and what it costs before we install anything. It will never show up as a surprise on your invoice.

Start Premium + Wildlife

What's included

  • Annual wildlife entry-point inspection with a written report
  • Wasp, hornet & stinging-insect nest treatment (up to 4 nests/year)
  • Priority scheduling and a waived trip fee on covered wildlife calls
  • A member discount on quoted removal and exclusion work
  • Covered response and assessment for raccoon, skunk, squirrel & groundhog activity
  • DEC-compliant handling of non-protected snakes; protected and venomous species are referred to the state wildlife authority

Covered wildlife responses include the assessment and first trap set-up; additional trapping is billed at your member rate and capped per year, so complex jobs stay fairly priced.

Quoted separately after inspection

Bigger capital work is always quoted per job, so complex situations are priced fairly:

  • Entry-point sealing, exclusion & structural repair
  • Attic decontamination, insulation removal & restoration
  • Damage remediation and in-wall dead-animal extraction
  • The initial trapping / removal job before exclusion

Prefer wildlife only, without a pest plan?

Wildlife Protection Plan ($149/quarter)

Humane and DEC-compliant, backed by our exclusion warranty. Wildlife service is available where Eco Plus holds the required state wildlife-control license.

Termite & WDI

Wood-Destroying Insect (WDI) Protection

Bait-based protection against subterranean termites and other wood-destroying insects, with a warranty that stays in force for as long as you renew.

First-year setup

$800

Inspection, bait-station install & warranty activation

Annual renewal

$395 per year

Re-inspection, servicing & continued warranty

What's included

  • A full wood-destroying insect inspection of your property
  • Professional installation of a monitoring and bait-station system around your home
  • Retreat warranty: if covered activity returns, we re-treat at no extra charge
  • Annual re-inspection, station servicing, and bait replenishment at renewal
  • NPMA-33 inspection report available for real estate or lender requests

Not covered (retreat-only warranty)

This is a retreat warranty, not a structural-repair bond. Quoted or excluded:

  • Structural repair of existing or pre-existing damage
  • Conducive conditions such as moisture or wood-to-soil contact
  • Inaccessible or concealed areas
  • Drywood termites (the program covers subterranean wood-destroying insects)

Retreat-only warranty: covers re-treatment, not structural repair. WDI service is available where Eco Plus holds the required NYSDEC 7C (Termite) certification.

Flies & Moths

Fly & Moth control

Flies and moths need source-directed work, not just a spray. Two options, depending on what you are seeing:

Fly & Moth Add-On

$60 per quarter

Targeted control for structural flies and fabric or pantry moths, the source-directed work a standard barrier treatment does not resolve. Stacks on any pest plan.

  • Perimeter and structural fly control (house, cluster, and blow flies)
  • Pantry and clothes moth inspection, source removal, and monitoring
  • Seasonal timing, including fall cluster-fly perimeter work
  • Interior monitoring where needed
Add Fly & Moth to my plan (+$60/qtr)

Fruit, drain, and phorid flies and fungus gnats are a sanitation issue, not a spray issue. Those are handled by our Small Fly / Drain service, not this add-on.

Small Fly / Drain Service

$199 one-time

Fruit, drain, and phorid flies and fungus gnats breed in drains and organic buildup, so a spray alone will not fix them. This diagnostic visit finds the source and treats it directly.

  • Inspection to locate the breeding source
  • Bio-foam treatment of the affected drains
  • Source-removal guidance so the problem does not return
Book Small Fly / Drain Service ($199)

Bed bug treatment

Bed bug jobs are priced after an inspection, because the right approach depends on the size of the home and how far the infestation has spread. Your inspection deposit is credited toward treatment. Typical pricing:

Option Typical range
Conventional treatment Targeted, per-room treatment $550/room
1-bedroom program Two visits with a 2-week follow-up ~$1,500
Heat treatment Whole-unit, chemical-free $3.50/sq ft ($1,200 min)
Get a Bed Bug Inspection

Ranges are typical starting points. Your exact price is confirmed after we assess the property.

Plan questions

How does recurring billing work?

Plans are billed on a recurring schedule (quarterly or bi-monthly) with card-on-file autopay. You can cancel anytime per your plan terms.

What if pests come back between visits?

Recurring service is designed to keep pests from coming back. If you notice pest activity between scheduled visits, just contact us and we will schedule a visit to address it.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or change your plan as your needs change. Just contact us.

What does Wildlife Protection cover?

Wildlife Protection adds an annual entry-point inspection, wasp and stinging-insect nest treatment, priority scheduling, a member discount on removal and exclusion work, and covered response for raccoon, skunk, squirrel, and groundhog activity. Larger work like entry-point sealing, attic decontamination, and the initial trapping job is quoted separately so complex jobs are priced fairly. Wildlife service is available where Eco Plus holds the required state wildlife-control license.

When does my plan coverage start?

Your plan begins with an inspection right away. Ongoing plan protection, including covered callbacks, starts 45 days after your first payment. This keeps plans fair for long-term members.

Are pre-existing pest problems covered?

No. Plans begin with an inspection and do not cover pre-existing or active infestations found at or before your first service. Those are quoted and treated as a separate one-time job, and your plan then keeps them from coming back.

Is there a limit on visits?

Yes. Covered service visits are capped at a maximum of 8 per plan year, which comfortably covers scheduled service plus callbacks for the vast majority of homes.

Can I cancel and re-join later?

You can cancel anytime. However, if you cancel a plan within its first 12 months, you are not eligible to enroll in a new plan for 12 months after your cancellation. This keeps plan pricing fair for long-term members.

How much does bed bug treatment cost?

Bed bug pricing depends on the size of the home and how far the infestation has spread, so we quote after an inspection (the inspection deposit is credited toward treatment). As a guide: conventional treatment runs about $550 per room or roughly $1,500 for a one-bedroom program with two visits and a two-week follow-up, and chemical-free heat treatment is about $3.50 per square foot with a $1,200 minimum.

Do you treat flies and moths?

Yes, two ways. Our Fly & Moth Add-On ($60/quarter) stacks on any pest plan and covers structural flies (house, cluster, and blow flies) and pantry and clothes moths with targeted, source-directed work. For fruit, drain, or phorid flies and fungus gnats, which breed in drains and organic buildup, our Small Fly / Drain Service ($199) is a one-time diagnostic visit that finds and treats the source directly.

Do you offer termite / wood-destroying insect protection?

Yes. Our Wood-Destroying Insect (WDI) Protection is a bait-based program for subterranean termites and other wood-destroying insects: $800 for the first-year setup (inspection, bait-station installation, and warranty activation) and $395 per year to renew (re-inspection, servicing, and continued warranty). It is a retreat-only warranty, meaning we re-treat covered activity at no charge but it does not cover structural repair. We can also provide an NPMA-33 inspection report for real estate or lender needs. WDI service is available where Eco Plus holds the required NYSDEC 7C (Termite) certification.
