Terms of Service
Effective date: July 1, 2026 · Last updated: July 1, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and the pest and wildlife control services provided by Eco Plus Pest Management Corp (“Eco Plus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, requesting an inspection, or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
Our Services
Eco Plus provides pest and wildlife control services in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania. The specific services, treatment areas, target pests, and pricing that apply to you are set out in the service agreement, estimate, or invoice you receive from us (“Service Agreement”). If anything in a signed Service Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Service Agreement controls for that service.
Scheduling, Access, and Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide safe and timely access to the areas that need service, to follow any preparation instructions we provide before a visit, and to follow any re-entry, cleanup, or follow-up instructions afterward. You are responsible for securing children, pets, and sensitive items as instructed during and after treatment. If we cannot access the property at a scheduled time, or if required preparation has not been completed, we may need to reschedule, and a trip or rescheduling fee may apply.
Our 30-Day Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If pests covered by your service return within thirty (30) days after a completed treatment, we will return and re-treat the affected area at no additional charge. To request re-service, contact us at the phone number or email below within the 30-day period.
This guarantee applies only to the specific pests and treatment areas identified in your Service Agreement, and requires that you followed the preparation and follow-up instructions we provided. It does not cover new or unrelated pest species, wildlife exclusion or structural work, re-infestation originating from adjoining or neighboring properties, or conditions caused by structural, sanitation, or moisture issues you were asked to correct. Free re-service within the guarantee period is your exclusive remedy under this guarantee.
Recurring Service Plans, Billing, and Autopay
Some services are offered as recurring plans. If you enroll in a recurring plan:
- We will perform service on the schedule described in your plan (generally quarterly).
- The plan continues on an ongoing, month-to-month basis until you cancel.
- The price is the amount shown for your plan, billed each quarter. We may change plan pricing on at least 30 days' advance notice.
- Autopay. If you enroll in autopay, you authorize us to charge the payment method you place on file for each recurring charge on its billing date until you cancel. You may update your payment method or turn off autopay by contacting us.
We will disclose the recurring nature, price, and billing cadence of any plan before you enroll, and your enrollment confirms your consent to those terms.
Plan Coverage, Inspection, Waiting Period, and Limits
- Initial inspection. Every plan begins with an inspection so we can document the condition of your property before coverage applies.
- Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Plans do not cover pre-existing or active infestations or conditions identified at or before your first service. Those are quoted and performed as a separate one-time treatment; your plan then helps keep them from returning.
- 45-day waiting period. Ongoing plan protection, including covered callbacks between scheduled visits, begins 45 days after your first payment.
- Visit limit. Covered service visits are limited to a maximum of eight (8) per plan year.
- Re-enrollment. If you cancel a plan within the first twelve (12) months, you are not eligible to enroll in a new plan for twelve (12) months following your cancellation.
What your plan price includes: your technician's time, the inspection, and the treatment products applied during each visit. Sold separately: bait stations, traps, monitors, devices, and any exclusion or repair materials that remain on your property. We will tell you what is needed and its cost before we install anything, and it will not appear as a surprise charge on your invoice.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel a recurring plan at any time by calling or emailing us. Cancellation takes effect before your next scheduled service or billing date, provided we receive your request before that service is performed. Completed one-time services are non-refundable except as required by law or as provided under the 30-Day Guarantee above. If you prepaid for plan visits that have not yet been performed, contact us and we will address any refund in accordance with applicable law.
Payment and Late Charges
Payment is due at the time of service or upon receipt of invoice. If a payment method is declined or a balance becomes past due, we may pause or withhold service until the balance is resolved, and a late fee may apply. You are responsible for reasonable costs of collection permitted by law.
Licensing, Safety, and Compliance
Eco Plus performs pest and wildlife control services in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, using licensed or certified applicators where required. We use the products and methods we determine to be appropriate for your situation. You agree to inform us of known allergies, health conditions, or sensitivities that may be affected by treatment.
