Call information. When you call us or use our automated answering service, we collect your phone number and the contents of the call. Calls may be recorded and transcribed (see “Call Recording and Automated Answering” below).

Text message information. If you text us or opt in to text messaging, we collect your phone number and the contents of your messages.

Payment information. When you pay for service, payment is processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number. We may retain a record of the transaction, the amount, and the service it relates to.

When you visit our website, we and our analytics providers may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and the site you came from, using cookies and similar technologies.
